About us
My name is Adriana Fanti and I started theRIPregistry.com in an effort to organize myself and to be ready if the unthinkable happens.
Our story
Because of my experience with my own parents, I came realize that theRIPregistry.com is a necessity. It is useful and helps family in time of need, allowing for peace of mind.
My mother is 86 years old and she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Her disease is slowly, and progressively, getting worse overtime where it is, difficult for her to remember anything. My father is 83 years old and is her primary caregiver.

My father ended up in the hospital a few months ago with pneumonia. He was then admitted and stayed for several weeks, which left my mother without a caregiver. I then stepped up and stayed with my mother taking care of her. At some point I started wondering what would happen if she passed away? Would I be ready? I started thinking back to when I was 16 years old when my mother told me she had already taken care of her and my father’s funeral arrangements and planned her resting place. At the time I didn’t pay attention and now simply can’t remember, so I started calling every cemetery and funeral home in her area in hopes to find it. It took several hours to locate where she may have made these arrangements.
After doing all this searching and the hours I spent looking, I started thinking about my family would they be ready if something happened to me. Are they aware of my:
- last Will and Testament?
- disability or life insurance?
- paid-into mortgage insurance?
- cemetery plot and prepared funeral arrangements and its location?
- several bank accounts and/or where, which bank, my safety deposit box is located?
- and so much more
Realizing that over a life time I have built a portfolio of many products, such as insurances, GICs, stocks, real-estate etc. I felt it important to find a way I could maintain a current up-to-date checklist of my assets and products deciding to launch its first ever Registry (theRIPregistry.com).
theRIPregistry is secure and can be accessed and updated as needed, by yourself and/or your next of kin, should you become disabled and/or if the unimaginable happens.
This registry does not replace your Will but rather compliments it. It is a Go-To Checklist that can be printed out when needed providing you or your loved ones with a list of products, contact names, telephone numbers and locations, giving you peace of mind.
theRIPregistry is an essential tool. It is secure and it’s FREE!
